Petite Estate

Located in a beautiful woodland setting, this 5,000 square foot French style home was originally plain and non-descript.  The new land plan design enhances the approach to the home, and the home's exterior facades have greatly improved with new limestone entry treatments.  We also renovated all of the home's interiors and designed an attached garage addition, with service spaces and a second floor guest suite.
